I’m Teri Wilson, a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I’m passionate about mental health therapy as a catalyst for personal growth and I have great respect for my clients and their lived experiences. CBT, mindfulness, ACT, person-centred, and compassion-focused therapies are some of the approaches I can offer.
